The Director General of Foreign Trade on 30th April 2021 has notified the maximum Fees for issuing Certificate of Origin shall be Rs. 200 per certificate.
As per Para 2.108(c) (iv) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20, which specifies the Rules of Origin (Non-Preferential),in which the exporters who are required to submit NonPreferential Certificate of Origin would have to apply to any of agencies along with the Details of quantum / origin of inputs / consumables used in export product, two copies of invoices and fee not exceeding Rs.200 per certificate as may be prescribed by concerned agency.
