SEBI Circular on Reporting Formats for Asset Management companies

The SEBI through circular dated April 12, 2021 has issued Reporting Formats for Asset Management Companies (AMCs). The following reporting requirements shall be complied with:

1. The Compliance Certificate to be submitted by the AMC to the Trustees on a Bi-monthly basis shall be discontinued.
2. the Compliance Certificate to be submitted by the AMC to the Trustees on an half yearly basis shall be discontinued
3. The AMC shall submit Quarterly Report to the trustees as per MF Regulations, on its activities and the compliance with MF Regulations and various circulars issued thereunder with effect from the quarter ending June, 2021.
4. Complete compliance Test Report on a quarterly basis shall be filed by 21st calendar day of succeeding month for the quarters ending March, June, September and December with effect from the quarter ending June, 2021.
