The Ministry of Corporate Affairs through notification dated 5th March, 2021, has issued Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2021. The amendment provides companies the option to undergo Aadhar authentication for GSTIN registration along with companies registration. The amendment has revised Form INC-35 AGILE PRO to include the option to perform Aadhar authentication for GSTIN registration.
