The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its notification dated 26th February 2021 has decided to extend the facility to conduct meetings of unitholders, through VC or OAVM for REITs/InvITs, as under:
The Annual meetings of unitholders shall be conducted till 31st December 2021 and for meetings others than annual meeting of unitholders shall be conducted till 30th June 2021.
