The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority through office memorandum dated 16 February 2021 has directed every manufacturer/importer of medical devices notified/regulated as drugs to issue price list and supplementary price list in Form V to the dealer, state drug controllers and the government from time to time.
The price related information in prescribed formats certified by chartered/cost accountants shall be submitted within 21 days of issue of this Office Memorandum. A soft copy shall also be submitted to the official mail id of NPPA.
