The Director General of Foreign Trade through public notice dated 15th February, 2021 has revised the Handbook of Procedures, 2015-2020 to provide procedure for verification of the exporters declaration (self certification basis) on the Rules of Origin under GSP Scheme. As per the revised scheme, exporters with a REX number are allowed to self certify the Statement on Origin of their goods being exported to EU under the Registered Exporter System (REX). The registration on REX is without any fee or charges.
