The Central Board of Direct Taxes vide its notification dated 31st January 2021 has extended the due date for filing declaration under the ‘Vivad Se Vishwas’ scheme till 28th February 2021.
Earlier the board extended the due date for filing declaration under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme to 31st January 2021 and the date for the passing of orders under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme was extended till 31st January 2021.
However, the date for payment of tax without additional interest under the scheme remains unchanged at March 31, 2021
