The Government of Goa has issued the Goa Goods and Services Tax (First Amendment) Rules, 2021 on 18 January, 2021. Application for registration under the act shall be accompanied with biometric-based Aadhaar authentication or biometric information, photograph and verification of such other KYC documents. The registration shall be granted within thirty days of submission of application, after physical verification of the place of business of the applicant.
