The Institute of Company Secretaries of India on 15 January 2021 has issued the revised guidance note on meetings of board of directors and general meetings on 15 January, 2021. The revision was released at the 21st national conference of PCS. The revision was made to align the existing guidance note with the Companies Amendment Act, 2017 and the relaxations given by MCA due to Covid-19 and resultant lockdown.
