The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide trade notice dated 15.01.2021 has introduced online e-PRC system, the online portal through which importers and exporters can apply for relaxation in Foreign Trade Policy and Handbook of Procedures. Application for relaxation in compliances under the Foreign Trade Policy and Handbook of Procedures can be made under para 2.58 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015.
As of now, these applications are submitted to the Directorate in manual mode by filing the hard copy of form ANF 2D. The DGFT has declared through this notice that all applications shall be mandatorily submitted online through the e-PRC system w.e.f 25.01.2021.
