The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 15th January 2021 has launched a new scheme to accept the delay in filing of e-forms for companies whose names were restored by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) from 1st December to 31st December 2020.
Further all additional fees payable for delayed filing of any overdue e-forms under the new scheme will be waived and the last date for filing of any overdue eforms by such companies under the scheme shall be 31st March 2021.
