DGFT brings amendment to the procedure in monitoring export obligation under foreign trade policy.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide its notification dated 16^th October 2020 has amended Para 4.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy Handbook of Procedure 2015-2020 on monitoring of export obligation. 

Para 4.44 of the handbook of procedure 2015-20 on monitoring of export obligation stands amended to allow extension in the date of submission of documents for EO fulfillment up to 31st December 2020 for all the advancement authorization, wherever export obligation period is expiring/has expired between 1^st February and 31^st October 2020.
