The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide its notification dated 12th October 2020 has decided to launch the second phase of food safety compliance online platform called Food Safety Compliance System in remaining 27 states/UTs on 1st November 2020 and to enable the same the food safety licensing and registration system shall be closed for those remaining states from 21st October 2020.
Therefore FSSAI has advised the users of the system of remaining 27 states to complete their pending task related to FSSAI licensing and registration on FLRS by 21st October 2020 as the online system may not be available for the next 10 days.
Further, a new version of food safety connect (consumer grievance) portal will be made live with FoSCos on or before 1st November 2020.
