The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board has published the draft Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Levy of Fee and Other Charges) Second Amendment Regulations, 2020. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. The Board has amended the Application fee for seeking authorization under regulation 8 or renewal of authorization for a Gas Exchange with Clearing Corporation, a Gas Exchange without Clearing Corporation or for a Clearing Corporation. Amended annual other charges are also specified for these corporations.
Any entity liable to pay Other Charges or late payment surcharge in shall submit details of remittance in the prescribed format within seven days of making such payment.
