The State Government of Maharashtra on 3rd October 2020 has issued COVID related Standard Operating Procedures for restaurants and bars that are set to re-open from 5 October.
Hotels/Food courts/restaurants and bars will be allowed to operate from October 05, 2020 and the capacity shall not exceed 50% or as may be prescribed by the local authorities and the customers shall be screened at the entry point for coronavirus symptoms such as high temperature, cough, and cold.
The government has issued a protocol for dining facility, food and beverage production and service, and for staff training.
