The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization vide notice dated 21 September 2020 has issued guidelines in consideration with WHO, USFDA and EMA guidelines for development of Covid-19 vaccinations. The guidelines are not binding and does not override any existing statutory requirements, but is recommendatory in nature.
