The Kerala Pollution Control Board vide its notification dated 11th September 2020 has revised the category list of certain industries into Red, Orange, Green and White categories based on pollution potential.
Based on the revised category, Polyester Thread rewinding unit falls under white category and hand sanitizer unit (Formulation, Blending, Bottling and Packing) falls under green category and Physiotherapy centre with Area less than 2000 m2 and are more than 2000 m2 with impatient facility shall come under consent not required Orange category.
