FSSAI further extends the grace period till 31st December 2020 for applying for renewal/registration of license

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide its notification dated 31^st July 2020 has further extended its grace period till 31^st December 2020 for applying for renewal of license/registration whether expired or expiring during the period from 1^st August 2020 to 31^st December 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Food business operators are allowed to apply for renewal without any late fee and no claim of refund of the late fee paid already applied renewal applications shall be admissible.
