The Industrial Disputes (Goa Amendment) Ordinance, 2020

The Government of Goa has issued The Industrial Disputes (Goa Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 on 26 June, 2020. The amendment provides a limitation period of one year for making a claim of unlawful discharge, dismissal, retrenchment or termination as an industrial dispute.
