The Assam pollution control board vide its notification dated 9th June 2020 has launched online consent management and monitoring system for receipt and process of online consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 and bio-medical waste management rules, 2016.
All the concerned industries/entrepreneurs within the state of Assam shall submit their online application for obtaining consent to establish/consent to operate via https://asocmms.nic.in
