The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India in its circular dated 4th June 2020 has extended the timeline for ensuring compliance with the directions regarding Public Disclosures on websites by insurers for the period ending 31st March 2020 for 30 days.
The Authority had already extended the time limit for furnishing various returns and for reporting compliances by insurers to mitigate hardships caused by lockdown. The time limit for furnishing all quarterly, half-yearly and annual returns for the period ending on 31.03.2020 has now been extended by 30 days.
