A significant portion of the PM E-DRIVE budget, ₹2,000 crore, has been specifically allocated for the installation of Electric Vehicle Public Charging Stations (EVPCS). According to the MoP 25,202 EVPCS have been installed nationwide. Specifically, 271 EVPCS have been installed in Chhattisgarh.

NMC Sets 2 PM Deadline for Fee Payments on Closing Dates to Avoid Gateway Overloads
The NMC has observed a recurring problem of payment gateway overloads due to a high volume of transactions on application closing dates. To address this issue and ensure smooth processing, the NMC has implemented the policy that on closing dates, fee payments will only be accepted until 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs).
Draft Gas Cylinders (Amendment) Rules, 2024
The Central Government has announced amendments to the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016, through the draft Gas Cylinders (Amendment) Rules, 2024. These changes seek to introduce fee reductions for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), Micro & Small Startups, and Women Entrepreneurs. The most significant change will be the reduction in license fees for various activities related to gas cylinders, including import, filling, storage, dispensing CNG, and transport.
