NMC Issues Advisory To Indian Students Seeking Foreign Medical Degrees

The NMC has outlined specific regulations for foreign medical graduates (FMGs) in the Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiates (FMGL) Regulations, 2021. Students who do not comply with these regulations may face disqualification from obtaining medical registration in India, even after completing their foreign medical degree. Students are advised to conduct thorough research and ensure that the foreign medical institutions they choose adhere to the prescribed standards and regulations.

UGC announces 8th Siddha Day

All Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) offering Siddha Medical Courses are requested to observe and promote Siddha Day through a variety of events. It is also requested that they may invite key stakeholders, including the Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS), the National Institute of Siddha (NIS), and the Directorate of Indian Medicine & Homeopathy (DIM & H), to join in celebrating the main Siddha Day event in a grand and impactful manner.

PM-eDRIVE Scheme Revised For Registered E-3 Wheelers L5

The maximum number of vehicles to be supported through incentives/ grant will be 80,546 for Vehicles registered on Vahan portal from 1st April 2024 to 7th November 2024 and 1,24,846 for vehicles registered on Vahan portal from 8 November 2024 to 31st March 2026. Furthermore, the outlay under EMPS-2024 is subsumed within the outlay under PM E-DRIVE.
