The Central Government has issued new regulations for electric fence energizers to ensure their quality and safety. The Electric Fence Energizers (Quality Control) Order, 2024, mandates that these devices must comply with specific Indian Standards (IS) and bear the Standard Mark issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Pharmacists and Institutions Required to Verify Profiles for Integration with National Healthcare System
All registered pharmacists must verify their profiles on the DIGI-PHARMed portal using their ABHA number by January 4, 2025. Non-compliance will result in profile deactivation. Pharmacy institutions are responsible for ensuring their faculty have ABHA-verified profiles on DIGI-PHARMed. Starting from the 2025-2026 academic session, only ABHA-verified faculty profiles will be considered for Self-Inspection Form (SIF) applications.
DCI Revises Timeline For Uploading Details Of Students Admitted in BDS 2024-2025 Course
The Dental Council of India (DCI) has issued a notice regarding the last date for uploading details of students joining BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) programs for the academic year 2024-25. Student data fo the All India Quota (AIQ)/ Deemed/ Central Universities counseling must be submitted by November 30, 2024. Students details for State Counseling must be submitted by December 5, 2024.
