RBI Processing of e-mandates for recurring transactions

Government Clarifies Applicability of Amended Wind Power Project Guidelines
The Office Memorandum clarifies that that the amendments introduced on July 4, 2024 to the guidelines for onshore wind power projects, will only apply to wind power projects that are registered with State nodal agencies (SNAs) after that date or after the date notified by the respective State Governments.
