Rajasthan Finance Department Issues New Registration (Amendment) Rules 2024

The Finance Department of Rajasthan on July 10 , 2024, issued the Rajasthan (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Rajasthan Registration Rules, 1955. As per the new rules – Rajasthan Registration (Amendment) Rules 2024

Rule 181 says that, when a court or authority orders the cancellation or correction of a registered document, they send a copy of the order to the registering office where it was originally registered. The registering officer then makes a note on the document itself, stating who issued the order, the date, and details of the parties involved.
