Government Imposes Stock Limits on Wheat to Control Prices and Prevent Hoarding

Deadline Extended for Comments on Imported Coal Escalation Rate Methodology

CERC issued a public notice on May 24, 2024, seeking stakeholder feedback on the proposed shift from bi-annual to monthly escalation rates for imported coal. The initial deadline for comments was June 24, 2024. Recognizing the need for wider participation, CERC has extended the deadline for submissions until July 8, 2024.
