Rajasthan RERA Orders The Submission Of Architectural Drawings And Opening Of RERA Accounts
The Rajasthan RERA has mandated the submission of certified architectural drawings and the opening of three RERA accounts for promoters. These drawings, including Stilt floor workings, typical floor plans, and 3-D views etc. must be submitted when applying for Completion Certificates through the Post Registration module. Promoters are also obliged to open Collection, Retention, and Promoter’s Accounts under the maintenance of the separate project account category with banks.
Karnataka Government Mandates Public Display Of KPME Registration And Establishment Details
All Private medical establishments registered under the Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act, 2007 must prominently display their owners/ managers names, KPME registration certificate, and system of medicine practiced for public information. If any private medical establishment fails to comply with these instruction, the DH&FWOs are directed to initiate statutory action against such establishments.
Illegal Promotion And Offering Of Organ Trading
NOTTO has observed that certain websites and social media posts are promoting illegal organ trading. Therefore, it has urged all state authorities to take stringent steps to deal with such illegal activities. Illegal organ trading is a serious crime that can result in a fine of Rs. 20 lakhs to Rs. 1 crore and imprisonment for 5-10 years.

BIS Revises Concessions for Various Licensing and Certification Fees
Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has issued a notification revising concessions concessions in respect of all types of specified notified fees, except for application fee for grant of licence or certificate of conformity and those collected on actuals. It has extends a concession of 20% for micro enterprises. For micro-scale enterprises, an 80% concession on fee payable will be applicable until May 31, 2026, while for small-scale enterprises, a 50% concession on fee payable will be applicable until the same date.
