Keeping in view of transition of MCA-21 from version-2 to version-3 and to promote compliance of reporting requirements by Limited Liability partnerships, it is decided by the competent authority that LLPs may file Form LLP BEN-2 and LLP Form No’ 4D, without payment of any further additional fees, up to 01.07.2024.

DoT advisory to citizens to not to take fake calls threatening disconnection
Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, has issued an advisory to citizens to not to take fake calls being received by the citizens wherein callers are threatening to disconnect their mobile numbers, or their mobile numbers are being misused in some illegal activities. Cyber criminals through such calls try to threaten or steal personal information to carry out cyber-crime/financial frauds.
Ministry of Home Affairs issues alert against incidents of ‘Blackmail’ and ‘Digital Arrest’ by Cyber Criminals Impersonating State/UT Police, NCB, CBI, RBI and other Law Enforcement Agencies
Citizens are advised to be alert and spread awareness about these types of frauds. On receipt of such calls, the citizens should immediately report the incident on cybercrime helpline number 1930 or www.cybercrime.gov.in for assistance.
