Draft Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Electronic Trading Platforms) Directions, 2024
These Directions are issued to the entities operating Electronic Trading Platforms (ETPs) on which transactions in eligible instruments, as defined under these Directions, are contracted. Hospitals Urged to Improve Brain Stem Death Reporting to Boost Organ Donation
Hospitals shall submit information on organ donation in cases of Brain Stem Death (BSD) through the specified performa on regular monthly basis. Hospitals shall also display “Required Request Display Board” outside the ICUs, emergency or any other strategic location in the hospital.
New NOC From CDSCO Zonal Offices Required for Export of Unapproved Or Banned Drugs
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) has announced a simplified process for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for exporting unapproved, banned, or new drugs. Manufacturers shall obtain NOCs from CDSCO zonal offices through the online SUGAM portal (effective May 15th, 2024) before applying for a manufacturing license from state authorities.
