NSE clarification regarding Guidelines in pursuance of amendment to SEBI KYC (Know Your client) Registration Agency (KRA) Regulations, 2011
The Exchange shall flag the non-compliant PANs, provided by the KRAs, as Not Permitted to Trade w.e.f. April 27, 2024. All PANs that become KRA compliant subsequently, will be permitted to trade on T+1, based on the information received from KRA by the Exchange on T day.

The recommended Regulatory Sandbox framework is expected to give the Digital Communication industry’s startup ecosystem access to real network environments and other data of telecom network to help test the reliability of new applications before bringing them to market. The framework provides for using cross-sector cooperation in carrying out RS testing with the help of other ministries and agencies.

NMC Warns Against Fake News On New Medical Colleges or Increased Seats
As of now, the Medical Assessment & Rating Board (MARB) under the NMC has not approved any applications for establishing new medical colleges or increasing UG/PG medical seats for the 2024-25 academic year. Applications received for this session are still under review.

NMC Clarifies Document Requirements for PG Medical Course Applications
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a clarification regarding document submission for applications to start new PG medical courses or increase existing seats. NMC is requesting all medical colleges and institutions that have failed to submit the correct documents to resubmit their applications by April 17, 2024.
