BSE clarification regarding Submission of Corrective Action Report pertaining to System Audit of Stockbrokers / Trading members for the period ended September 2023 through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System)
All Stock Brokers / Trading members were directed to submit “Corrective Action Report” for “System Audit Report” for half year ended September 30, 2023 to the Exchange lates by February 29, 2024 in electronic form through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). No documents are to be submitted in physical form.

UGC has issued the Guidelines for Internship/Research Internship for Under Graduate Students. Internships should be such organized that benefits the research intern as well as the internship providing organization. Following are the intended objectives of engaging undergraduate students in internship for employability and research internship programmes:

The amendment provides that the resolution professional shall place the repayment plan in a meeting of the creditors for its consideration. Where no repayment plan has been received within such period the resolution professional shall notify the same in a meeting of creditors.
