Draft Ghee Grading and Marking Rules, 2023
The draft rules are intended to supersede the existing Ghee Grading and Marking Rules, 1938, amended up to 1991. This proposed overhaul of the Ghee Grading and Marking Rules, 2023, seeks to enhance the quality and standardization of ghee production and ensure the safety of ghee products in the market.

Employer share of PF contribution has been remitted on employee’s pay exceeding the prevalent statutory wage ceiling of Rs.5000/6500/15000 per month from the day the pay exceeded the wage ceiling or 16.11.95 whichever is later, till date/ till the date of retirement or superannuation as the case may be Administrative charges payable by employer have been remitted. Provident Fund account of employee has been updated with interest as per Para 60 of Employees’ Provident Fund Organization ,1952 on the basis of such contribution received.
List Of Holidays for Punjab in 2024
Holidays enumerated in schedule 1 shall be considered as Public Holidays in the public offices under Punjab Government during calendar year 2024.
List of Holidays for Chandigarh in 2024
Holidays enumerated in schedule 1 shall shall be observed as Public Holidays in all public offices under the Chandigarh Administration during the calendar year 2024. Each employee will also be permitted to avail himself/herself any of 2 holidays to be chosen by him/her out of the restricted holidays enumerated during the calendar year 2024.
