The programme is specifically designed for young individuals and those without a medical background nationwide. This initiative will feature a brief video outlining the advantages of CPR and providing instructions on its proper implementation. Additionally, a doctor will be available at each location to address any inquiries from participants.

A total of 1105 samples were tested by the CDSCO. Based on the samples tested, CDSCO has found a total of 61 drugs, medical devices and cosmetics that are identified as being deficient.

The Bihar Appropriation Act, 2023

The Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2023
The Bihar GST (Second Amendment) Act 2023 firstly added two new definitions, “online gaming” and “online money gaming”. With regards to Actionable Claim a proviso was also added that a person who organizes or arranges, directly or indirectly, supply of specified actionable claims, including a person who owns, operates or manages digital or electronic platform for such supply, shall be deemed to be a supplier of such actionable claims.
