IFSCA seeks suggestions for review of IFSCA (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020
IFSCA has invited suggestions for review of IFSCA (Bullion Exchange) Regulations, 2020 from public and regulated entities. Suggestions may be sent by email to Mr. Ramaneesh Goyal, Deputy General Manager at ramaneesh.goyal@ifsca.gov.in with a copy to Mr. Kamlesh Sharma, Chief General Manager, at kamlesh.sharma27@ifsca.gov.in latest by November 30, 2023.
Public companies permitted to issue securities for listing on foreign stock exchanges
The amendment provides that the public companies may issue such class of securities for the purposes of listing on permitted stock exchanges in permissible foreign jurisdictions or such other jurisdictions.

FSSAI Labs testing Fortified Rice to Report Results on Infolnet Portal
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued an order mandating that FSSAI notified laboratories must upload test reports of Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) and Vitamin-Mineral Premix for FRK on the Infolnet Portal. Additionally, all these laboratories must also submit monthly reports of tests carried out by them.

MNRE further updates List of Approved Solar Photovoltaic Module Manufacturers and Models
Under the updated Approved List of Models and Manufactures for Solar Photovoltaic Modules, the enlistment of models of Solar PV Module Manufacturers in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) will be subject to stringent criteria. Only models that comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and meet the minimum module efficiency requirements will be eligible for enlistment under ALMM.
