Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company– Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023

RBI, in supersession of the Non-Banking Financial Company–Non-Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016 and Non-Banking Financial Company–Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Company and Deposit taking Company (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016, has issued the Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company – Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023.

Notification regarding Duties of Clerical cadre in Labour Department of Haryana

The Haryana State Pollution Control Board (Haryana State PCB) cum Committee for the issues of clerical cadre has issued a notification in regards to constitution of a committee to review the duties and responsibilities, promotions, cadre structure and pay structure of the clerical cadre. The notification was issued on 17th October, 2023.
