Online registrations for Yuva Sangam (Phase III)

Yuva Sangam is an initiative by the Government of India to strengthen people-to-people connect between youth belonging to different States/UTs of India. Interested youth in the age group of 18-30 years, mainly students, NSS/ NYKS volunteers, employed/self-employed persons, etc. may register through the YUVA SANGAM portal to participate in the forthcoming Phase.

Special campaign 3.0 of Department of Pharmaceuticals

Physical files numbering 3239 have been reviewed so far against 5539 physical files targeted for review. The review has helped weed out 820 files. Against 62 public grievances, cases pending at the start of campaign and included in target for clearance, 39 PG cases have already been addressed. The Department is still maintaining a NIL report as regards Public Grievances Appeals are concerned.

MNRE lists Penalties for Violation of DCR Norms under Solar Projects

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has listed penalties for violation of Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) norms under solar PV projects. Moreover, it is categorically stated that DCR provisions under respective schemes/ programmes of the MNRE must be strictly complied with. Any violation of these provisions will invite action.

Products with S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe) are not considered as Food Products

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has stated that the ingredient/ product with S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine (SAMe) is not considered as food. It has directed that all products containing this compound as an ingredient alone or in combination with other ingredients should not be available in the market under an FSSAI licence.

DCI issues Further Directions for uploading Details of BDS Students on the DCI Website

This notice serves as that all dental colleges must upload the details of the students admitted in BDS Course at their dental colleges for the academic session 2023-24, on or before 31st October, 2023, midnight.
