Green Credit Rules, 2023
To obtain green credits for these activities, a person or entity must register their activity with the Administrator. The application for registration is made electronically through a website established by the Central Government. Once the application is received, the designated agency verifies the activity, and upon successful verification, the Administrator grants a certificate of green credit.

Special Campaign 3.0 by Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare for Constant Review of public grievances, appeals, Assurance and inter divisional references
The Department has identified more than thousand of physical files for review during the special campaign 3.0. So far, after review of records, about hundred old physical records/files have been identified for weeding out and about nine hundred e-files have been identified for review, in terms of record retention schedule.
Amendment of Notification relating to GST Rates under the Puducherry GST Act, 2017
The Government of Puducherry, through the Lieutenant Governor, Puducherry has issued a notification inserting entries under the ‘Specified Actionable Claim’. Originally, Schedule III of the Puducherry GST Act, 2017 dealt with the actionable claims and excluded the lottery, betting and gambling but through the present notification such entries will be entered under Schedule IV which deals with in Specified Actionable Claims.

CDSCO permits applicants of Class C & D Medical Device Licences to continue Operations
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has issued a circular clarifying that an existing manufacturer or importer of Class C or Class D medical devices can continue to import/ manufacture these devices till 12th April, 2024. This circular has been issued with the view to limit the disruption to business continuity.
