The draft regulations are placed on the website of the IFSCA at https://ifsca.gov.in/PublicConsultation. General public and stakeholders are requested to forward their comments/suggestions through e-mail to Mr. Supriyo Bhattacharjee at supriyo.b@ifsca.gov.in and Mr. Vaibhav Sattavan at vaibhav.sattavan@ifsca.gov.in on or before November 10, 2023 in the attached format. The comments may be provided in MS Word or MS Excel format only.

IFSCA constitutes a Working Group for the development of Non-Resident Individual Business and Ease of Registration
A Working Group led by IFSCA has been constituted for the development of Non-Resident Individual (both Indian as well as Foreign) Business and Ease of Registration. The Working Group comprises of industry experts having domain knowledge in the areas of capital market, asset management, banking, insurance, law, fintech, etc.
CBDT clarification regarding Form No. 10B & Form No. 10BB
CBDT has clarified that the Audit report in the case of a fund or trust or institution or any university or other educational institution furnished in Form No. 10B & Form No. 10BB shall contain details of person making substantial contribution and his relatives.
Extension of last date to receive comments on TRAI Pre-Consultation Paper on
Inputs for Formulation of “National Broadcasting Policy”
Keeping in view the requests received from the stakeholders for extension of time for submission of comments on the above-mentioned pre-consultation paper, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of comments up to 31st October 2023.

Written comments on the Consultation paper may be sent, preferably in electronic form on the email address adv-qos1@trai.gov.in. by 22nd November 2023 and counter comments by 6th December 2023.
TRAI extended time to submit comments/counter comments on the consultation paper “Digital Inclusion in the Era of Emerging Technologies”
On request of stakeholders for extension of time for submission of comments on the above-mentioned consultation paper, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of comments upto 16 November 2023 and counter comments up to 1 December 2023.
