International Financial Services Centres Authority vide circular dated September 15, 2023 has issued directions under Authorization of Scheme file under IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations 2022. In order to provide operational clarity, it has been decided that all Fund Management Entities shall henceforth seek authorization from the Authority for each scheme filed.
This direction shall be complied by Fund Management Entities w.e.f September 15, 2023.
