Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has granted approval to 3 NABL Accredited Private Testing Laboratories to test cough syrups to be exported. This notice was issued on 13th September, 2023.
Prior to this, only 14 NABL Accredited Government Laboratories were permitted to test cough syrups to be exported by manufacturers and authorised persons of manufacturers/ exporters.
Now, by virtue of the approval granted by CDSCO, the following private labs can also test cough syrups for export:
- BEE Pharmo Labs Pvt. Ltd.
- Oasis Test House
- Shriram Institute for Industrial Research
