The Kerala Government vide press release dated 26-08-2023 has proposed to introduce measures to ensure following facilities for welfare of person’s with disabilities:
- Pre natal diagnosis
- Post natal care programmes like Anuyatra
- Affirmative action in education
- Job training
- Employment generation programme
- Establishment of autism centres
- Free access to therapies.
