IRDAI on 22/08/2023 has issued public notice to caution general public about entities with no registration undertaking Surety insurance business or solicitation of Surety insurance business providing Surety Insurance including Bid Bond, Advance Payment Bond and Performance Bond, Court Bond and Customs Bond from the public, especially from businesses like Construction & Import/Export.
The general public is hereby advised not to undertake any transaction with unregistered entities.
