SEBI proposes to recognize a body, designated as Research Analyst Administration and Consultation Paper on Recognition of Body Corporate for Administration and Supervision of Research Analysts Supervisory Body (‘RAASB’), to administer and supervise RAs and thereby extend the framework for administration and supervision to RAs as in the case of IAs.

CDSCO publishes List of Drugs, Medical Devices and Cosmetics declared as Not of Standard Quality/Spurious for July 2023
A total of 1306 samples were tested by the CDSCO. Based on the samples tested, CDSCO has found a total of 51 drugs, medical devices and cosmetics that are identified as being deficient.
No Upper Age Limit for Nursing Programmes
The Indian Nursing Council has issued a notification stating that there will be no upper age limits for admissions to nursing programmes. This notification was issued on 21st August, 2023.
