UGC has issued list of Higher Educational Institutions allowed to start full fledged online courses without prior approval of UGC as per UGC(Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020.
These HEIs shall upload Data of students enrolled for online courses in the UGC portal by 15th October and admissions shall be completed by 30 September, 2023.
