The Government of Chhattisgarh vide notification dated 24 July, 2023 has issued a notification to amend Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994. The amendment has exempted all vehicles registered before the commencement of these rules from the ambit of these rules.
The amendment shall have retrospective effect w.e.f December 31, 2023.
