MNRE further updates the Approved List of Solar Photovoltaic Modules
The Ministry has taken action against Solar PV Module Manufacturers whose models’ validity expired on 09.03.2023 and failed to apply for renewal on or before the specified date. Such manufacturers have been delisted from the ALMM List.
MCC notifies NEET PG Counselling Schedule for AY 2023
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has published the NEET PG Counselling Schedule for the academic year 2023. This schedule is applicable to both, All India Quota and State Quota.

TRAI releases Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Repealing Regulations, 2023
The Authority issued draft Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Repealing Regulations, 2023 on April 03, 2023 inviting comments of the stakeholders up to April 17, 2023. Based on the comments of the stakeholders and considering the aspect of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), the Authority has decided to repeal the Regulation on quality of service of dial-up and leased line internet access service, 2001 with effect from date of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Repealing Regulations, 2023 in Official Gazette.
Clarification regarding Mining Surveillance System (MSS)
The system checks a region of 500 meters around the existing mining lease boundary using satellitic imagery to search for any unusual activity which is likely to be illegal mining. Any discrepancy found is flagged-off as a trigger. The triggers thus generated are forwarded to respective State Governments for verification through field visit. A user friendly mobile app for MSS has also been developed for Citizens and State Governments to ensure ease of access and transparency.
National Programme for Child Labour Free India
Under the Scheme, all the States and Union Territories (UTs) are required to conduct Household Survey for identification of Out of School Children (OoSC). This Department has developed an online module for compiling the data of OoSC identified by each State/UT and their mapping with Special Training Centres (STC) on the PRABANDH Portal. The concerned State/UT validates the child wise information of the identified OoSC and STC uploaded by the concerned Block Resource Centre of the State for monitoring the progress of mainstreaming of OoSC.
MoL&E clarification regarding EPF
The wage ceiling for coverage under the EPF Scheme, 1952 is revised from time to time. Presently, it is Rs.15000/- per month since 01.09.2014.
