The Government of Chhattisgarh issued a notification on 14th July, 2023 further amending Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991. The newly introduced amendment revises the motor vehicle tax payable by owners of “Motor Caravan” in the state of Chhattisgarh.
As per the amendment, the owners of Motor Caravans will now be liable to pay 10% of the cost of the vehicle as a part of the Motoryan Karadhan (Motor Vehicle) Tax.
