The International Financial Services Centers Authority on July 10, 2023 has listed the applicable handbooks for banking entities in International Financial Services Centers Authority. With effect from the date of this circular the applicable Banking Handbooks are :
- General (GEN) directions v 4.0
- Conduct of Business (COB) directions v 5.0
- Prudential Directions (PRU) directions v 4.0
Banking entities are directed to ensure compliance to these handbooks.
