Bombay Stock Exchange vide notice dated 30 June 2023 has consolidated all the previous circulars issued governing Listing Compliance as on June 14, 2023 to formulate following master circulars:
- Master Circular on Equity
- Master Circular on SOP Revocation, Delisting and Waiver
- Master Circular on Debt
The circulars shall govern all compliances related to listing or delisting of equity and debt in the Bombay Stock Exchange.
